Analysis of Spatiotemporal Data for Geoinformation Processes and Encoding Mechanisms  

This section focuses on methods for analyzing and processing spatiotemporal data, applied both in modeling geoinformation processes and in developing efficient encoding techniques. Special attention is given to computational and algorithmic approaches for extracting meaningful information, including work with earthquake catalogs, ionospheric observations, machine learning methods, and modern encoding techniques.
